Psychosocial Rehabilitation or PSR is a day service program that promotes mental health recovery, community integration, skill development and improved quality of life for individuals. The PSR program at Friendship House is a person centered and recovery oriented skill building program focused on personal strengths and designed to help individuals with psychiatric disabilities to increase their functioning to be successful and satisfied in the living, working, learning and social environments of their choice.
ServicesThe PSR program at Friendship House offers a five day a week, Monday thru Friday, community support and skill building service from 9:30am to 2:00pm. PSR Friendship House offers a structured day support service in a group setting addressing goal accomplishment, coping skills, learning how to use leisure time, community etiquette and following social norms, increasing motivation, developing social relationships, exploring work readiness, and learning skills for independent living.Additional ServicesPsychosocial Rehabilitation Services
