I saw Cheryl for about 5 years. By the time I got there I'd lost many therapists and had lots of problems, was in crisis.
Cheryl identified some things that would help me to do better. She stood by me even when I was very difficult. We remained with the plan. She also offered me "EMDR" which helped me to let go of hard thoughts. I am very grateful for all she did for me.
