Extremely professional, yet still personal. He makes sure every question I have is asked and answered, although his strength is bring the patient to the understanding that not only the questions, but the answers are within, and are always available, as is he. This is not an EASY button from Staples, however, if you seek to truly understand your questions, rather than "just make it go away," perhaps your progress, like mine, will begin to build "genuine" confidence and hope - not today's fodder for political posters.
