I graduated from massage school with an additional study of reflexology in 1995. I have completed advanced training in whiplash and low back injuries. My continued studies are focused on orthopedic massage & movement. I have several years experience working with chiropractic patients and their injuries and I enjoy assisting others in achieving their wellness goals. Services I specialize in Therapeutic Massage Therapy for pain management of chronic conditions and injuries. Relaxation sessions are also available. A therapeutic massage therapy session incorporates a variety of massage techniques including the Swedish and Movement, Orthopedic and Deep Tissue. The goal of this treatment is to provide an effective release of muscle tension and pain relief while promoting relaxation. Most of my clients prefer this combination of massage to relieve the tension and pain that can be caused by repetitive movements and everyday stress.
