They were ready for my pet and me right after we arrived. We spent less than ten minutes in the waiting room. I really appreciated that they didn’t rush my pet’s appointment at all. They answered all my questions and made me and my pet feel much more comfortable. They didn't solve the problem of why my cat does not want to eat much any more and is turning into a bag of bones. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I've always appreciated how flexible they are with their appointment times. I'm always able to get my pet in to be seen very quickly.
