I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
