Poor customer service. Poor diagnostic services. Disrespectful owner. Literally the worst costumer service experience of my life. My 9 month old puppy was not treated properly for her medical condition which cost us hundreds of dollars in diagnostics. After refusing a $38 hospitalization fee for services my dog did not receive it was requested that I not return after over 10 years of bringing my pets to Dr. Bilinski's practice. I'm happy to not be returning there.
