I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions. One thing I really love about them is how easy it is to get an appointment. I never have to worry that they won't be able to see my pet right away. They are so kind and caring. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
