Dr. Wethe completed his post graduate internship in General Surgery at Harbor/UCLA Medical Center, Torrance, under David State, M.D. and his residency in General Surgery under Samuel E Wilson, MD. His Plastic Surgery residency was completed at the University of California Irvine in 1987 under David W. Furnas, MD.
