I found a parking spot right away, I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Jeff always has an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. He would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. He was one of the kindest, most caring massage therapists I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, he was always happy to help me. He knew so much about the different types of massages. He was able to do massages that I had never even heard of before.

They were able to customize my massage to make sure my injury wasn't aggravated, and even asked me before my massage if there was any injuries they should be aware of. I loved that they just let me take a nap and relax during my massage, and didn't constantly try to make conversation. I got a massage to relax, and I appreciated that they let me do that. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were extremely careful to always keep me covered and comfortable during my massage. They are always very respectful, and I've never felt exposed during my massage. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
