This is the most unprofessional business I've ever encountered in my entire life. I showed up at 350p for my 4p acupuncture appointment and was the first in the waiting room, over the next 45 minutes, 4 other patients entered the waiting room and were seen. Three of these were acupuncture patients. When an assistant asked my name and if I had been seen, I said I had a 4p appointment for acu... he turns to ask the receptionist who asks if I signed in. I tell her I had and was still waiting for my 4p appointment, even though it was now 445p. She asks if I had been there before and noted my file still hadn't been located. This same receptionist walked by me 3 times without acknowledging me, or asking me for any further information TO BE ABLE to locate my file. When I finally am taken downstairs to the acupuncture waiting room, I was told I could sit in the massage chair and continue to wait. Another girl comes in who was late for her 430p appointment and asks Doctor Chen how long she would need to wait to be seen. He tells her 10 minutes as she expresses her need to be somewhere soon (even though she is late for her appointment and I still hadn't been acknowledged.) I'm finally put in a room, where I continue to wait another 20 minutes while Dr Chen goes into the late girl's room to set her up for her acu session. I go to the front desk and ask for the manager where I'm again asked to wait. I explain I had been waiting for OVER an hour and would be leaving, lodging a complaint with Groupon to receive a full refund and contacting the Better Business Bureau. When my fiance called to complain, the receptionist continued to get an attitude with him and told him he could call the manager, Jennifer, in the morning. This IS NOT a professional place. Your money is MUCH better spent elsewhere. The first acupuncture session I DID have wasn't even worth the money as the Doctor turned all the lights on and had a conversation with his assistant in Chinese while I was still laying face down on the table.
