I received a holiday gift from my family for a much needed massage from Healing Hands of Boca. The gift/service was purchased through Groupon. I called to schedule an appointment and left numerous messages over a three week period and my calls were never returned. Finally, when someone did answer the phone, I was given an appointment two weeks out. On the day of my appointment, two hours from my scheduled time, I received a phone call/message that the appointment was cancelled. When I called back to reschedule, no one answered the phone.
This vendor is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I will not reschedule an appointment and will forfeit my massage and the funds used to pay for it.
