Every time I go, I'm always surprised by how respectful and courteous they are. I've never been treated with more respect by any other professional. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I found parking right away at their office, and it was right next to the entrance. I usually have to leave early to find parking at other offices I've visited but not here. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
