I had three sessions with Gilbert Ureno earlier this year. I normally wouldn't drive that far to see a therapist but he was highly recommended by my provider. I was very specific with stating my goals for treatment with Mr. Ureno. Let me make this very clear, Gilbert made no effort whatsoever to assist me with achieving my goals. All he did was waste my time and my provider's money. Not only that, during the second and last session he asked me to consider the exact opposite of what my objectives were. The worst part was I had given him several examples of negative experiences that I have had with previous therapists.
