The office organizational structure is very poor. For an initial assessment visit, I waited 6 months for a call-back. I called several times to see what the status was and was told each time that I should hear from them within a week.
For followup care, the receptionist could not find any record of me in the system. She then looked "somewhere else" and eventually found me. This took 10-15 minutes and happened again on each of the subsequent two times I called to set or confirm an appointment. When I tried to confirm an appointment time, I ended up having to email the clinician since the office staff could not find the day or time of my appointment.

Despite their seeming inability to know who you are, they seem to take your co-payment pretty rapidly and efficiently, strangely enough.
