I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. I was shocked when they took a personal phone call right in front of me, in the middle of my appointment. It was so incredibly rude. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. I found parking right away at their office, and it was right next to the entrance. I usually have to leave early to find parking at other offices I've visited but not here. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.
