I was very disappointed in the level of service I received from this institution. I had made an appointment for 3:00 and was 15 minutes late for the appointment due to the length of my travel and the weather conditions. As soon as I walked in the office the woman at the front desk said I was late and we could not meet the doctor. She did not offer to reschedule the appointment and no longer wanted to talk to me at that point. I called to talk to the doctor and was forwarded to his voicemail, knowing that the doctor did not have an appointment because we were supposed to be his appointment at that time. I left a voicemail and asked Dr. Scheaffer to call me back. He however, had the woman at the front desk call me back, which is very unprofessional and unaccommodating for the patient. I will no longer be returning and will not recommend this place to anyone.
