It took 8 months to actually be seen for the initial visit and it was immediately about money with an Im better than you attitude. They literally could not give me direct answers on any of my direct questions. I felt judged and scrutinized immediately and throughout the entire visit. I was called a pain in the butt for asking for copies of all paperwork I signed. I honestly do not want my children to be counseled here, I wish there was something else nearby. It felt like a business with attitude. I'm disgusted on how I was treated in the 45 minutes of being there. Since they judge immediately, here's my judgement for the first 45 minutes of conversation. You sent me to 3 floors to get no answer to one direct question. You spoke of other people you counsel negatively. You assumed I was forced to be there due to a court order, which I wasnt. I went there to simply seek alternative ways for my children to deal with peer pressure, school pressure, and for our family as a whole. Being a caring single father of 2 young ladies, I'm seriously concerned on how others are being counseled. I honestly do not want my children to be counseled by this Business. I would not click one star, but I did not have a choice to post this review. If you have a choice to choose another agency and can afford it, I highly advise you to do so.
