Dr. Steiner is nice enough but he put our son, then 7, through a full battery of tests several years ago; accepted our money upfront (not cheap); and never produced a report. He said he was going through personal issues at the time. We waited a year. The report was never produced. Worse, when he offered to retest for ADD alone (presumably to compensate for no report as he refused to refund our money), our son went from being in the 4th percentile in attention (according to his preliminary estimates the first time he tested) to a normal range a year later. Huh? To this day, we've never seen our money or the report. Who suffered most: our son.

Dr. Steiner isn't the most personable guy, but he conducted a neuropsych evaluation for my child which was very thorough and became an invaluable resource to our other service providers. I highly recommend.
