Marjean Spayer, Ph.D., Psychologist

Dr. Spayer has been in private practice for more than 20 years, and taught many years training psychologists and counselors at NMSU. She also taught and was a Director of Special Education for the Las Cruces Public Schools. Her varied background provides a wide variety of experiences that she can bring to her practice. She and her husband have been married to each other for more than 40 years and have raised two gifted, successful daughters. She provides therapy and EAP services for many companies and agencies. She was the EAP provider for NASA for several years and understands the intricacies and importance of security clearances. Confidentiality and Privacy are important cornerstones of her practice. She enjoys working with motivated individuals who want their lives to be happy and peaceful.

Troubled; I cannot stress this enough. Ignored my handshake and did not even care to comment or apologize; very unprofessional and awkward. I had to use hand sanitizer as per her request. She was holding a DOG when she opened the door and she had the dog sleeping right under the table where we were talking and filling up paperwork; very disturbing behaviors for a Clinical Psychologist.
