I was seen initially for an evaluation and acupuncture. I received no acupuncture but was still billed $170. Mr. Singer said he would "make it good, so I went back and, while he did do some minimal acupuncture, he charged me another $100! This, after knowing I have no insurance and these payments had to come out of my pocket. He lied to me and certainly did not "make good".
