This counselor was a poor communicator, argumentative, and jumped to a clinical diagnosis in 1 session. When there was a scheduling mix-up, I felt the counselor was annoyed by my frustration and distress. The office building was easy to find, but with no staff and minimal sign identification the correct office suite was hard to find. I felt out of place like walking into a cold, professional building, not welcoming or reassuring for an anxious new client.
