The lobby and waiting room are incredibly dirty as is the bathroom with overflowing garbage cans and visible grime around the edges of the floor. No one is wearing masks. Yikes! It took me two months to get an appointment. Even before my appointment a lot of expensive, unneeded tests were ordered. He didn't want to listen, only talk, seems to be a man in love with the sound of his own voice. Went once and never again.

One thing I really appreciate, is how flexible their appointment times are. I'm always able to get an appointment at a time that works for me. I left my appointment feeling very hopeful and optimistic. I was very pleased with the way it went. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
