DO NOT use them if you want to work things out...They have caused more problems than they have solved!!!!

Goldfarb a licensed social work seems to think he has all of the answers and won't listen to you ( even calls his client foul names)

They over CHARGE and DEMAND and $1500 retainer so they can charge you what ever they want...and when you call and ask why the bill is so high they refuse to answer..

They have no plan and they work ONLY by there unwritten Rules they seem to make up as they go along ..

I would not EVER direct anyone to this company!!!! They think there above you also and seems they like to play games with people's family's

Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one.
