INSURANCE FRAUD!!!!! THIS GUY IS SO DISHONEST IN HIS BILLING IT IS UNBELIEVABLE!!!! HE TRIPLE CHARGED FOR ONE 1/2 HOUR SESSION AND HAS DOUBLE CHARGED ON EVERY OTHER VISIT! HE HAS CHARGED FOR VISITS ON DATES THAT NEVER OCCURRED! HE IS SO FRADULENT AND I WOULD NEVER TRUST HIM WITH MY OR MY FAMILIY'S MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES BEING THAT HE IS SO DISHONEST!!!!!! DO NOT SEE RICK MACMAHON ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE SENDING YOUR MINOR CHILDREN TO SEE HIM!!!! I WOULD NOT TRUST HIM AT ALL!!
