Laura Recio is very attentive. She answers questions and is thorough, professional, and reliable. She is simply very helpful and I leave feeling encouraged and armed with a plan to move forward. She also helps me to build skills to execute plans with greater success. She is very compassionate, but also direct (a very good balance). She is very fast to come up with ideas, suggestions, solutions for my specific area of concern. I have already recommended her to many people for counseling and I feel she is the type of professional who would be very straight-forward if an area of concern would be better handled by someone else. For my case, I feel as if Laura understands me very well and is able to help me understand (and improve) myself.
