If you have an appointment with them and you happen to be a disabled, bed bound patient who's dependent on medicare transportation? The transportation folks better not be late picking you up and getting you to your appointment a few minutes late.

Because they will take it out on you, the patient. They will cancel your appointment once you get there and make you come back another day. The patient be damned... They don't care!

I appreciated that they took the time to listen to my input and concerns. I feel like we're working together instead of them just telling me what to do. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
