I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

I was very surprised that t she didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, she just ignored all of my questions. She is narcissistic. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. She was far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though she knew she should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. She didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
