I went to see Caroline James at her office. My first impression was that she's cold, which I didn't expect from a psychologist. That hadn't been my experience before when seeing a psychologist. She was dressed very expensively and I had the sense she was looking down at me, because my clothes probably cost 1/8 of what she spent. She didn't connect the dots in the information I told her, and from my previous experiences with psychologists, what she had to say seemed canned. Lacks basic human warmth.
