Prior to meeting with Brook, I was not a huge proponent of therapy because I had seen other therapists prior and it always just felt like me talking and someone nodding their head sympathetically and asking "and how did you feel when that happened". They gave me no understanding of the destructive habits that kept me in the same place I had been most of my adult life. Brook was a whole different experience! Not only is she sympathetic, friendly, kind and excellent at what she does, but she truly helps you load your toolbox with skills that, when practiced and utilized, help you become a healthier person. She is amazing!!!!

The past 3 months have been incredibly difficult and stressful for me. I am a nurse on the front lines, and I don’t know how I would’ve make it through the past few weeks if it wasn’t for Brook. She found out I was a first responder and has given me wonderful, supportive, and helpful care. Because of her helping me, I was able to keep going in to work each day so that I could do my job and help others. Forever grateful to her.
