Focus on trauma with the use of innovative techniques and modalities to help client to learn to manage very difficult and even intolerable emotional states. These techniques teach the invaluable skill of self regulation through means other than the use of compusive and.addictive behaviors to manage intolerable affective states. Through of the breath work, EMDR, and somatic techniques the client learns competence in being able to manage difficult emotional states. In turn, it creates the ability to make better choices in life, whether professionally or personally.
