This is the one of the few I would ever recommend. Thoughtful, extremely insightful. This is a Therapist who will tell what you need to hear not what you want to hear. I used to "live in my problem. Ms. literally changed me. Today I stay in today and think about the "bright" future. I 65 y/o and that something. In some ways Ms. did indeed "saved" me from myself. I do not say this lightly.
