Neuropsychological Associates is a full-service independent concierge group practice located in Santa Rosa, California. We offer a variety of neuropsychological and forensic evaluations, consulting services, psychotherapy, and comprehensive case management for clients who may experience a broad range of emotional, behavioral, and brain related issues.

Memory Clinic:
Our Memory Clinic is the first of its’ kind to be introduced to the North Bay Area. Our unique program began offering services to patients with neurodegenerative disease, stroke, cardiovascular issues and head injuries in 2008. Our program consists of a comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation, assessment of daily living skills and a medication review, designed to assist patients in the optimization and preservation of cognitive skills. Our highly trained multidisciplinary staff recognizes the importance of the relational balance between mind and body and its role in achieving successful outcomes to treatment. This means that each patient is viewed as an active and equal participant in creating and achieving treatment goals.

What is a Personal Injury Case?
Personal Injury Cases or Claims generally involve physical injuries that happen in a variety of contexts, such as traffic accidents, work related accidents, product defect resulting in injury, or injuries related to medical/dental negligence. In some instances, the injury is to the mind (or emotions), as opposed to an injury of the body, such as PTSD related to occupational stress.

Psychopharmacology
Neuropsychological Associates offers psychopharmacological review, monitoring and evaluation for drug-drug interactions that could result in decreased cognitive, motor and/or psychological functioning. Consultation is arranged with the prescribing physician (s) to identify potential conflicts and assure the maximal therapeutic pharmacological benefit with the least number of active prescriptions. NA works to assure that all prescribing physicians are aware of a patient’s active prescriptions.
Dr. Michael A. Fraga, MSCP received his post-doctoral Master’s Degree in Psychopharmacology from Alliant University-CSPP/San Francisco. He is one of a growing number of specially trained clinical psychologists to actively work with patients and their physicians regarding the healthful, helpful application of psychopharmacological agents and complimentary alternative medicines (CAMS).
