My wife arrived at 11:35 for her 11:45 appointment. After paying her co-pay and starting to fill out forms member of the office staff came and told her she could not be seen necause she did not arrive 30 minutes early and she would have to wait a month to get another appointment. I called and tried to reason with hwr to see my wife to no avail. I am shocked and amazed ny thye lack of concern for the well being of the patient. To top it off they wanted to keep her co-pay. I have filed complaints with the state and my insurance company. It is a shame as Dr. Gordon was highly recommened but the office staff is terrible.
