When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I've never received better advice from anyone else. It was sound, helpful, and completely unbiased. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
