I've hit some pretty low times in my life and haven't handled stress and my depression very well. The doctors here really have helped me look at life in a more positive way and handle everyday life better. I would recommend them to anyone who deals with mental disorders.
I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have bothered. Apparently the receptionist leaves early afternoon to attend to personal issues and does not return till the next day. The receptionist told me I couldn't schedule an appointment due to double insurance coverage. Which was in fact incorrect. I was never covered under this "said" policy. The other insurance company called several times, and offered to send an official letter stating that I never held a policy with them. The receptionist claimed she couldn't accept the letter. Seriously! You claim I am covered under additional insurance and when they call you to tell you I was NEVER covered, you tell them they are wrong. Really!? I am frustrated, and thoroughly disappointed.
