They were cold and not friendly enough. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They weren't easy to reach in an emergency at all. I had to call several times before someone finally answered. They didn’t rush my appointment at all. I was able to say everything I needed to say. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it.
