Ms Adams is a very talented psychotherapist. I know because I've had a few others. She is very sensitive to my concerns, and in touch with my experience. The entire time I am in session, her entire attention is focused on me. I feel very cared for. I find her methods to be very useful. I learn a lot about myself and what my needs are, and am able to move forward with my life much more joyfully and confidently. She never pressures me to move too quickly and is always very compassionate and professional.
She always keeps our appointments, and when I have had to cancel or reschedule, she has been very flexible.
