As a International Coach Federation PCC coach, I integrate my over 18 years of acquired education, skill and experience as a holistic integrative helping professional working as a coach, psychotherapist, spiritual mentor and healer in private practice as well as for non-profit agencies. I also draw upon my former career in fashion design and merchandising; working for some well-known upscale New York and European fashion houses.
I guide individuals to discern, align, and act from a place of truth and integrity; supporting them in their resolution to actualize their vision for their life.

I am a certified Mentor/Life Coach and certified Health and Wellness Coach through MentorCoach, a Professional Counselor educated at the University of Wiisconsin-Stout with a focus in Health Psychology, and a certified Spiritual Director through Claritas Institute for Interspiritual Inquiry.
