Deep Tissue, Therapeutic Massage is my specialty. Technically, this is called Neuromuscular Massage.
This is a very deep, muscle specific modality
I start with a postural analysis to help determine which muscles need the most work. Most of the time, the pain we experience is not the location of the problem. The pain is "referred" and an analysis helps to determine what muslces are holding long or short.
If you have specific problems, shoulder, neck, hip, back, hand, wrist, ankle, knee pain; sciatic pain, plantar fascitiis, etc. I would recommend Neuromuscular massage.
