I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
Additionally, Danielle has great people skills and has very much encouraged me in my weight loss journey as well as coaching my husband on how he can support me--all without ruffling his feathers. She is amazing.
