Dr. Zhu is an excellent optometrist. He is very polite and friendly, and his expertise is hard to match. He provided me with a correct (and lower!) prescription when other providers in the area did not. It's always a pleasure to visit Malden EyeCare

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They answered most of my questions, but I could have used more information for sure. I wouldn't send any of my loved ones here. I wasn't happy with my experience. They would probably do better if they were more friendly. Nobody wants to talk to someone that seems like they are in a bad mood all the time. I wish this provider would listen to me more. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. I think that I was rushed because I have Network Health & he wasn't making any money off of me. He didn't even check me for glaucoma or dilate my eyes. I'm over 50 yrs. old & these things should of been checked. I am curious as to how he billed my appt as I am a medical biller. To be continued
