The Homestead is rooted in the stability, reputations and rich histories of its two founding nonprofit organization: Volunteers of America National Services and Presbyterian Homes and Services. The collaboration of two faith-based organization which champion the principles of caring, compassion and human services has created a senior living experience like no other.

The Homestead at Rochester is Rochesters newest senior living community. The setting is vibrant and intimate and offers something for everyone. Community attractions include; caf, market, fitness center, chapel, restaurant style dining, library and computer lab, beauty and barber shop, cards and billiards
The Garden (assisted living) includes forty-four apartments with nine floor plans to choose from, a variety of one and two bedroom apartments ranging in size from 639-1,082 square feet. Allow our caring staff to assist with medications, grooming, dressing, bathing, meal preparation and much more to fit most needs.
The Meadow (specialized care for those with dementia and Alzheimers disease) consists of sixteen apartments with six floor plans to choose from, a variety of studio and one-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 412-685 square feet. The Meadow is a controlled access residential setting with common areas; an outdoor courtyard, dining room, activity area, and living room.
The Grove (senior living) comprises seventy-seven apartments with 18 floor plans to choose from, a variety of one and two bedroom apartments ranging in size from 725-2,052 square feet. These beautiful apartments include in home washer and dryer, oak cabinets, crown molding, large windows, 9 foot ceilings, emergency call system, ample storage space, most utilities and a lot more.
