I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. They didn't give me any information about my X-Rays even after I asked.
