Feeling like you've used everything in your toolbox and things still aren't going the way you planned? Finding that a life challenge is more than you bargained for? I can help you navigate your way through life's unexpected switchbacks with grace. There's no reason to feel as though you have to figure things out all alone... Everyone needs help at some point in their life. I can offer you a new perspective, some insight, nurturing; and together we can co-create solutions that will move you forward to the life you desire and deserve.
My approach to helping is simple: I support you to identify and develop skills and tools you may not realize you already have, so that you can move beyond whatever barriers are in front of you.
I have specialty experience in working with depression, anxiety, and couples. I have additional training in the treatment of perinatal mood disorders, as well as with other issues associated with pregnancy, and new parenthood. In private practice since 2000, I have helped individuals, couples and families address trauma, solve conflict, and create solutions so that they can live the rich, full lives they desire and deserve.
As a wife, and a mother to two young boys, I am familiar with the challenges and learning opportunities that are presented when building a family. With my help, expectant, new, and more seasoned parents have found creative and manageable solutions that provide their families with a more peaceful, joyful way of life.
I look forward to hearing from you and to helping you figure out how to thrive again!
