If you are thinking of neurofeedback or counseling, you want to feel better and to address problems with your relationships, your work, or elsewhere in your life.
You may have trouble with anxiety, depression, ADHD and other problems with focus, or difficulty with sleep. Neurofeedback can be helpful with all of those conditions.
I can also help you with experienced, compassionate, results-oriented counseling. Relationship and work issues, and recovery from trauma are among the issues that we can productively address with counseling.
Therapy needs to fit you, rather than you having to fit into the type of therapy or counseling. Some of the methods available for you here in addition to neurofeedback are EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, stress reduction training, and developmental psychology; but the most important thing is that the work we do be a fit for you. When that happens, results follow.
Expect to be treated with warmth, respect and compassion. Both counseling and neurofeedback should be a partnership: You bring your desire for change and willingness to work; and I'll bring my experience, skills and understanding developed during more than 20 years as a counselor and almost 10 years working with neurofeedback. Together we can produce the changes you are looking for.
