Rude Gatekeeping staff, The Receptionists use the small bit of authority they have in life to institute a sort of bored facism. They seem to have no bearing on the precarious situation that incoming patients may be in and interact in a callous manner. Furthermore they were either downright stupid, or completely bigoted, because after I explained to them I was transgender and that my preferred name was not the same as the name on my insurance she and her subordinate refused to address me correctly.
