I have been practicing in Danbury, CT for twenty five years. I see individual adults, ranging from young adults to seniors, and I also do couples therapy.
I work with my clients in many different ways depending upon the individual needs of the client. I am an active therapist and give feedback and guidance after listening closely to my client.
Some of the methods I use include cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, supportive, and goal-oriented types of therapy. I also work with some coaching clients where there is even more focus on goal-setting and being accountable to taking actions to achieve desired goals.
I have a holistic approach to working with clients. I pay close attention to the whole person on the level of body, mind, and spirit and guide clients in a way that will optimize their overall well-being as well as addressing their specific concerns.
I am known for my warm, caring manner and my positive, uplifting attitude and many clients have commented that this has made a big difference in their therapy experience.
