Training General Practice Residency in The US Navy. This entailed a one year, mostly medical training, at Balboa Naval Hospital in San Diego. Then Dr Tilson moved onto a tour onboard the USS Odgen for 2 years. Then a 4 year tour at NAS Point Mugu. With all of this practical experience he moved onto his graduate school training to earn his Orthodontic training.
