They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
